W Initiative will collaborate with established actors and organizations on quality-assured projects. Projects granted funding from the W Initiative must report details of funding allocation and project results to the foundation.
W Initiative will on an annual basis account for the foundation's overall financial condition, including allocations, transactions, current countries of activity, significant sources of income, board fees and other remuneration, as well as the cash flow statement.
W Initiative complies with the Norwegian Foundations Act and the board is fully responsible for ensuring that the foundation is operated in accordance with the articles of association and applicable laws.
